Return & Refund

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Buyer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item or damage caused during shipping).

 

Warranty

  • A limited 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Contact us for troubleshooting or replacement.
  • Warranty voids if the product is tampered with, misused, or damaged by external factors.

Defective/Damaged Items

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Provide order details and photo/video evidence for fast resolution.
  • We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the case.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified/canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

Shipping Errors

  • Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect/missing item. We’ll cover return shipping for our mistakes.
